About me
I'm Jon Line a photographer, designer and illustrator based on the UK south coast. I've been working in the creative industry in some way or another for over 15+ years now. My first love is photography, starting out working with 35mm and medium format film cameras, I soon fell in love with the medium. While most of my creative roles have been based in graphic design and illustration, my photography has always featured in some form or another.
Why Thalassa?
Thalassa in classical mythology is the personification of the sea. There's a strong connection between my photography and the ocean. There's something so therapeutic about being in the water with just a camera, watching the sunset or someone surfing.
