Matt & Jacob (The Royal)

Vol.3


Matt (Head Chef) & Jacob (Sous Chef) at The Royal kindly let me shadow them both for a couple of hours while they put together an amazing meal. They prepared an Orange glazed turbot with a matcha espuma, Asian slaw, wasabi yogurt, topped with sesame seeds. Both chefs have so much passion and knowledge for food (which shows in the level of detail they go to) Definitely worth getting down to The Royal and trying one of their amazing dishes!
